Communities For
A Lifetime
New Initiative Website
The Minnesota
Board on Aging has launched a new website focused
on the work of building communities for a lifetime
across Minnesota. The new website was produced in
partnership with the Department of Human Services
Disability Services Division, project Transform
2010, and with the support of regional partners,
including Minnesota's Area Agencies on Aging and
ElderCare Development Partnerships.
