Age & Disabilities Odyssey
To: Minnesota Age & Disabilities Odyssey Participants
Recently,
previous Age & Disabilities Odyssey participants completed
an additional survey targeted toward budget constraints and
training requirements for the upcoming year. We thank
everyone for their candid and prompt responses.
Many
agencies have faced budget reductions and increased training
requirements that put a strain on finances and staff time
away from the office. In an effort to relieve some of the
constraints faced by organizations, DHS and the Continuing
Care Administration have made the decision to postpone an
Odyssey 2010.
We have
received valuable comments and suggestions about how Odyssey
can continue to be a vital conference. We will carefully
evaluate those suggestions to bring you a dynamic Odyssey in
June of 2011. We will send another announcement in the next
few months with the June dates and location of the 2011
Odyssey.
