  • Statistical differences between subpopulations of older persons at p <.01, based on the Chi

  • Square statistic are indicated by an asterick in the first column.

  • Statistical significance means that there is only one chance in a 100 that

  • the differences could be based on chance alone at this level.

  • Data were weighted to account for the sample design and to reduce the effect of unit nonresponse.

  • There were 3,855 actual completed interviews. When weights were applied the sample expanded to 95,351.00.
