The Minnesota Board on Aging has published the 2013 edition of Health Care Choices for Minnesotans on Medicare. The booklet is available online (see below) or by calling Senior LinkAge Line® at 1-800-333-2433. Press "2" when you hear the greeting to leave your request for a printed copy.

This is the 4th year the Minnesota Board on Aging has published Health Care Choices. In addition to containing comprehensive information about Medicare plan options in Minnesota, information about long-term care planning and financing options is included.
