The Minnesota Board on Aging has published the 2010 edition of Health Care Choices for Minnesotans on Medicare. The booklet is available online (see below) or by calling Senior LinkAge Line® at 1-800-333-2433 for a print version.

The 172-page booklet is full of information about Medicare enrollment, Medicare supplements, health plans, Medicare Part D prescription drug plans, Medicare Savings Programs, Medicare Advantage plans and Special Need plans, Minnesota Long-Term Care Partnership, other long-term care options and more!
