published the 2012 edition of Health Care Choices
for Minnesotans on Medicare. The booklet is
available online (see below) or by calling Senior

This is the third year the Minnesota Board on
Aging has published Health Care Choices. In
addition to containing comprehensive information
about Medicare plan options in Minnesota,
additional information about long-term care
planning and financing options has been added.
