the 2008 Minnesota Age & Disabilities Odyssey  

 “A Roadmap to Empowerment” is this year’s unique event that will offer participants a multitude of sessions and state-of-the-art strategies that meet the training needs of professionals who administer and operate programs statewide. This conference is an important venue where health and human service providers, professionals and businesses meet to serve the needs of individuals and communities. Our goal is to create an exciting and energetic learning environment.

Conference objectives

  • Learn about innovative strategies and services to help seniors and people with disabilities remain independent
  • Increase your knowledge of long-term care, home and community-based services, consumer-driven community supports, policy, and systems
  • Explore interdependence of generations and communities
  • Learn about new state and federal policies affecting consumers and providers

*Group rate is applicable only to three or more people from the SAME organization registering at the SAME time. *Approved presenters rate is applicable only to those presenters who are selected to present a workshop, open forum, roundtable discussion or poster session.

Confirmation

With the completion of the registration process, a confirmation letter will appear as the last stage of the online registration. Please print this confirmation and keep it with any other registration/conference documents.

Cancellation/refund policy

There will be no refunds if there is a need to cancel.  
If you need to cancel, you may transfer your registration to another person to attend the conference in your place. This option is provided at no additional cost.  Conference staff must be notified of the transfer by sending an e-mail.
