*Group rate is applicable only to three or more people from the SAME organization registering at the SAME time. *Approved presenters rate is applicable only to those presenters who are selected to present a workshop, open forum, roundtable discussion or poster session.

Confirmation

With the completion of the registration process, a confirmation letter will appear as the last stage of the online registration. Please print this confirmation and keep it with any other registration/conference documents.

Cancellation/refund policy

There will be no refunds if there is a need to cancel.

If you need to cancel, you may transfer your registration to another person to attend the conference in your place. This option is provided at no additional cost. Conference staff must be notified of the transfer by sending an e-mail to DHS.Odysseyconference@state.mn.us.
