2008 Exhibitor instructions

Exhibit hall hours:  

Monday, Aug. 18 and Tuesday, Aug. 19 from 8 am to 5 pm

Booth set-up:

Sunday, Aug. 17 from 5 to 9 pm and Monday, Aug. 18 from 6 to 7:30 am

All exhibit booths must be set up by 7:30 am on Monday, Aug. 18.  Booths will be draped (colors to be determined); the exhibit hall is not carpeted. Exhibitors may unload at the truck entrance of the Pioneer Hall South (overhead door #8). Flatbed carts will be available.

Booth removal:

Exhibitors are asked to remain set up through the hours of the exhibit hall. Removing/breaking down may occur after 5 pm on Tuesday, Aug. 19.

Reserving your booth: 

All conference participants, including exhibitors, will register for the conference using the Internet. Exhibitors must complete all required registration fields. Incomplete registrations will not be accepted.

Exhibit booth registration and payments are due 7 days after registration. Payments will be accepted using check or money order. All exhibitors will receive a confirmation letter via email following online registration.

If you are participating in the conference and conference registration is not included in your exhibitor package, you must register for the conference and pay the conference registration fee. Register for the conference.

Miscellaneous:

  • Parking is $4 per day with unlimited access in and out of the parking lot each day.
  • You may order electricity and service accessories, Internet connection and additional items (such as drayage service, freight handling and labor) for your booth space through the DECC.  http://www.decc.org/convention/exhibitorinfo.htm
  • Advanced shipping must be arranged through the DECC.
