Become a Bronze Sponsor

August 17 - 19, 2009

As a Bronze sponsor, you, your company or organization may choose to host the conference refreshment breaks for Odyssey attendees on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, August 17 - 19, 2009. Five opportunities are available. You will act as the refreshment break host with the Minnesota Department of Human Services and the Minnesota Board on Aging.

As a Bronze sponsor, you will receive the following:

• An opportunity to distribute promotional items or gifts
• Signage at the refreshment break tables
• Your name or advertising link on 2009 Age & Disabilities Conference Web site (all registrants will utilize the Web site)
• One 8’ x 10’ premier exhibitor booth space with one 6-foot tables in Exhibit Hall ($300 value that includes one 3-day conference registrations and full participation in conference, meals and social events)
• Your company logo displayed at conference main events
• A quarter page ad in the conference brochure with exposure to over 1000 conference participants
