Become a Gold sponsor

As a Gold sponsor, you, your company or organization may choose to host a breakfast, lunch, the awards reception or entertainment at the awards reception, for conference attendees on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, August 18 – 20, 2008. Several opportunities are available. You will act as the host with the Minnesota Department of Human Services and the Minnesota Board on Aging.

As a gold sponsor, you will receive the following:

• An opportunity to distribute promotional items or gifts
• Signage at the buffet tables and entrances to the event you sponsor
• Your name or advertising link on 2008 Age & Disabilities Conference Web site (all registrants will utilize Web site)  
• One 8’ x 20’ premier exhibitor booth space with two 6-foot tables in Exhibit Hall ($1,200 value that includes two 3-day conference registrations and full participation in conference, meals and social event)
• Your company logo displayed at conference main events
• A half page ad in the conference brochure with exposure to over 1000 conference participants
• A welcome and introduction at the event you sponsor
