Apply for a Regional or Local Dementia Grant
Purpose: Prepare Minnesota for Alzheimer’s disease by:
- Increasing awareness of Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias
- Promoting the benefits of screening for early identification of dementias
- Increasing the rate of cognitive testing in the population at risk for dementias, and/or
- Connecting family and friends who are caregiving with education, support and resources

- Application deadline: August 30, 2019 by 4:00pm Central Time (CT)
- Grant term: Anticipated to last for 12 months (October 1, 2019 – September 30, 2020)
- Maximum request: $150,000
