Hand-delivered proposals must be time-stamped by staff at the front desk at this location by the designated time. Mailed proposals must be received and time-stamped by MBA staff by the designated time. Proposals not so stamped will not be accepted. Proposals must be sealed, and visibly show the Responder’s name, address, and RFP title on the outer packaging. Responders must adhere to all terms of this RFP. Late proposals will not be considered. All costs incurred in responding to this RFP will be borne by the responder. Fax or email responses will not be considered.
