Making
choices, arranging care
Aging is an opportunity as well as a challenge.Few of us want to give up our homes and
our independence. But there may come a time when it is in our best interest – and the
interest of our families – to be in an “alternative care” setting.
Making these decisions is not easy. The Minnesota Board on Aging supports a variety of
resources to help seniors and their families make educated, appropriate choices.
